Purpose of the Job
Support HR Business Partner in the area of HR responsibilities, including Recruitment, Training, Talent Management, Communication, Engagement, and Compensation & Benefits for assigned business units.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment – organizing of interview schedules, liaison with stakeholders such as agencies, candidates, interviewers for interview arrangement
Engagement – involvement in the roll out of engagement survey, organizing action plan discussions, involve in the discussion and planning of engagement activities, follow-up on action plan
Compensation & Benefits – coordination of compensation and benefits initiatives
Training & Development
HR projects – involvement in HR projects
Other ad-hoc HR support as required

Education

Working Location : 33 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore 629111 (Company transport available)
Working Hours : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Prefer candidates who can work 2 - 3 times a week till end of Dec 2018 (with possible extension till end of Jan 2019)
