Volvo East Asia (Pte) Ltd – HR Intern

• Assist in recruitment process such as interview arrangements, preparation of employment contracts, meeting candidates for contract signing
• Liaison with the various tertiary institutes for internship placements
• Assist in training administration activities such as printing of training materials and arrangement of training logistics
• Assist in crafting out HR workflows and employee communication session
• Assist in creation of P-files and ensure proper filing of documentation
• Assist in filing Childcare and Maternity leave in the CPF system
• Assist in other HR projects or administrative duties assigned.

• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to learn
• A self-starter, highly motivated, "get-the-job-done" attitude

GENERIC SKILLS :

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Fluency in English is necessary

EDUCATION:

• Undergraduate pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resource or related disciplines

Working Hours : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (At least 2 times a week)
