• Provide timely quotations and present value-added solutions from our range of products/services to meet customers' requirements
• Managing relationship with existing customers and identify new business opportunities to achieve targets and profitability
• Provide effective and efficient support through phone/email to maximize customers' satisfaction
• Ensure customer's orders and checked against technical specification and sales terms before orders and proceed.
• Proficient knowledge in the use of AutoCAD for the purpose of detail and section drawing
• To follow up with factory about the delivery schedule, technical clarification and documentation
• To monitor on-time delivery
