Vocalise Pte Ltd – Events Entertainment Intern

About the Role: 

As an Events Entertainment Intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team in all aspects of the company including, but not limited to; managing musicians for events and concerts, assisting with sales enquires, assisting with capturing necessary photos and videos for marketing collaterals and archives. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Assisting Events Team with managing artistes onsite at events and concerts. 
• Managing rehearsals as scheduled in the studio. 
• Assist with capturing photos and videos of the event as required by Marketing Team. 
• Assisting with preparation of necessary collaterals for sales enquires. 
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Any other duties/tasks assigned by the Company Director.

Requirements: 

• Singaporean/PR 
• Interest in classical music and music in general
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Good interpersonal skills. 
• A good, reliable and responsible team player. 
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong desire to learn and grow. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
• Willingness to work nights and weekends for various events when needed. 
• Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Arts Management, Marketing, Communications or Public Relations preferred. 
• Applicants with experience in events and knowledge of music are preferred. 
• Polytechnic/University graduates looking for internships welcomed to apply. 

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri office hours
• Nights and weekends for various events when scheduled 
• Minimum commitment period of 4 months, with the possibility of converting to full-time if found suitable
