Internship Opportunities Across Key Verticals
We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic interns to join our team in one of the following departments, depending on your academic background, interests, and career aspirations:
1. Trade Operations Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end trade documentation (e.g., LC, shipping docs, contracts)
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders
Assist in tracking shipments and updating logistics data
Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance checks
Preferred Background: Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Logistics
2. Finance Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and invoice tracking
Support budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation tasks
Analyze trade finance documentation
Work closely with banks and internal stakeholders to support financial operations
Preferred Background: Accounting, Finance, Business Management
3. HR / Admin Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Support general office management including pantry/stationery stock, vendor coordination, and meeting room upkeep
Assist in improving the overall office look and feel through small décor upgrades and organisation
Help clean up and digitise physical files and admin processes for better efficiency
Propose and implement simple workflows or SOPs to streamline recurring admin tasks
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation
Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement activities
Preferred Background: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Facilities/ workplace Management
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in a relevant field from a Singapore Institution
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Eager to learn and take ownership in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
