Visual Studio SG – Project Executive

We are currently hiring PROJECT EXECUTIVES who are vital members of the Production Team and are crucial in ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. He/She supports the development of the project requirements, manages vendors, and ensures delivery according to the project timeline.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document clients' requirements with respect to project concepts and objectives.
• Prepare draft project plans for internal planning of the overall project timeline.
• Coordinate delivery of project outcomes in accordance with the project timeline.
• Highlight project implementation issues and plan deviations regularly.
• Troubleshoot project implementation issues and deviations from the project plans.
• Manage and liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute projects.
• Analyse delivery outcomes and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Report budget utilization and spending

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE

• Preferably 2 years experience in onsite delivery of events or exhibition projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant disciplines.
• Must be bilingual and comfortable conversing in both English and Mandarin.
• Possess a sense of responsibility and commitment to project delivery.
• Possess good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work on weekends whenever needed.
• Able to travel abroad if necessary.
