This internship is designed for a high-energy individual who wants to learn the "ins and outs" of agency life. You will gain hands-on experience in everything from high-level project management and client execution to the fast-paced world of social media content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist the Account Management team in tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Content Creation: Ideate, film, and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that aligns with brand guidelines and current trends.
• On-Ground Activation: Represent the agency and clients professionally while engaging with the public.

Requirements:

• Social Media Savvy: You have a genuine passion for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You don’t just watch them—you understand the trends, the transitions, and what makes a video "scroll-stopping."
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with basic videography (lighting/framing) and proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Detail-oriented: You can track multiple moving parts to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Professional Presence: You’ll be the face of the agency. We need someone confident, articulate, and professional when engaging with both the public and clients.
• Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must for internal updates and external coordination.
• The "Can-Do" Spirit: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can multitask under tight deadlines, and are willing to "roll up your sleeves" for on-ground execution.
