Job Description

Part Time - Live Administrator


Description of Function: 

  • As a Facebook Live Administrator, you need to provide support to our Live Seller in the entire sales process.
  • As part of inventory management, you will have to receive goods, stock take and create product code to ensure that our Live Seller is able to sell the item accurately during live sessions.
  • You are required to provide excellent service experience during live sessions to customers to contribute to sustainability of customer base and be able to reply in a professional way even to the most demanding and unreasonable customers.
  • You are required to pin the product code, description, and price accurately during live sessions.
  • You must always remain flexible and agile (carry out any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to you).

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Great multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Be adaptable, able to mould to an ever-changing environment.
  • Independent while building relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Have the proven ability to problem solve, both being able to think out of the box and implement innovative solutions to everyday problems.
  • Knowledge of using Facebook Live function and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • 1-2 years of sales operations and customer service working experience and/or experience with social media sales administration will be a plus.
