Job Description

Role Description

This is a 6-month internship role based in Singapore for a Business Development & Account Executive Intern. During the internship, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to support business development efforts, manage client relationships, and contribute to marketing initiatives that promote Vicinity Studio’s services.

Outstanding interns may be offered the opportunity to convert to a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales, marketing, and client management within the creative and media industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.

  • Identify and qualify leads through outreach via email, social media, and networking.

  • Assist in building prospect lists and maintaining CRM databases.

Sales Support

  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and pitch materials.

  • Assist in client meetings and presentations.

  • Track and follow up on potential leads.

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Work with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives including email marketing and online outreach.

Client Relationship Management

  • Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Assist with client communication and project coordination.

  • Ensure accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Performance Tracking

  • Support tracking of sales metrics and marketing performance.

  • Assist in analysing market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

  • Self-motivated and comfortable speaking with clients

  • Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in the creative, media, or video production industry is a plus

High-performing interns may receive an offer to convert to a full-time Business Development & Account Executive role.
