Job Duties :
· Provide secretarial and administrative support for office and project operation.
· Handle partial / full set of accounts & financial statements.
· Handle AR / AP / Cash flow / Cost Budgets / Bank reconciliation
· Other administrative work as and when assigned by the Manager.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree with equivalent Accounting / Business / HR or relevant Certificates.
· Min 1 to 2 years experiences preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
After Job Achievements :
· Able to do monthly account closing, quarterly GST filing, audit schedule, PIC claim, training grants etc.
· Able to familiarize with MOM, IRAS, BCA, WDA, ACRA, etc requirement rules and applications within construction service industry.
· Able to understand the corporate framework to provide professional services for Government in heathcare agencies.
· Training will be provided for MYOB Accounting and Payroll software
