Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individuals to be part of our VF family as Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to Area Manager, the successfully shortlisted candidate will be responsible the delivery of VF brand promise to customers and stakeholder while upholding the VF values.

Other Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain smooth operations of store management & achieve store sales target.Optimize sales though effective implementation of business strategies.
  • Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve their individual and store KPIs , including plan and assign the monthly duty roster.
  • Identify and implement new initiatives for improving services standards.
  • Provide professional customer services and promoting the image of the brand to customers.
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays.
  • Ensure proper inventory management.
  • Provide sales achievement and daily operations monthly report.
  • Sell and promote merchandise with a high level of customer service to achieve sales target.
  • Ensure stock-keeping and housekeeping duties are completed on a daily basis.

Requirement:

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, with at least 1 year of managerial experience is required for this position (Candidate with more experience and good performance record may be considered as Store Manager).
  • Able to converse in English.Is genuine, possess pleasant and cheerful service attitude.
  • Must possess high initiative and demonstrate pro-activeness.Good learning attitude.
  • Enjoys engaging, working with and serving people.
  • Good interpersonal skill& a good team player.
