- Be involved in high-impact projects and assignments, ranging from research to market analysis, charting of process flowcharts, to report writing to vendor engagement
- Work closely with the finance and operations team to assist in day-to-day work
- Assist finance team with invoice processing, accounts reconciliation and workflow optimization
- Assist operation team with company inventory management, process improvement and other ad-hoc tasks
- Potentially help with business research and presentations
- Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss schedules
- Support in the preparation of reconciliation reports
- Process AP payments promptly for suppliers and internal expenses claims
- Perform suppliers’ management and statement reconciliation
- Clearing of monthly bank and petty cash reconciliation
- Support in month-end and year-end closing
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- Student of business accounting/finance preferred.
- Initiative and ability to manage time effectively and comfortable working within tight deadlines Strong research and analytical skills
- Looking for a challenging learning experience.
- Able to commit for a period of 3 months or more will be a bonus
