Finance Internship

Jobs Descriptions;

• Be involved in high-impact projects and assignments, ranging from research to market analysis, charting of process flowcharts, to report writing to vendor engagement
• Work closely with the finance and operations team to assist in day-to-day work
• Assist finance team with invoice processing, accounts reconciliation and workflow optimization 
• Assist operation team with company inventory management, process improvement and other ad-hoc tasks 
• Potentially help with business research and presentations 
• Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss schedules
• Support in the preparation of reconciliation reports
• Process AP payments promptly for suppliers and internal expenses claims
• Perform suppliers’ management and statement reconciliation
• Clearing of monthly bank and petty cash reconciliation
• Support in month-end and year-end closing
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Qualifications: 

• Student of business accounting/finance preferred.
• Initiative and ability to manage time effectively and comfortable working within tight deadlines Strong research and analytical skills
• Looking for a challenging learning experience. 
• Able to commit for a period of 3 months or more will be a bonus
