You will be responsible for:
- Support in vendor's queries and purchase-to-pay related matters for Versuni - ANZ.
- Drive process improvement with finance service provider.
- Support finance manager to ensure completeness and accuracy during financial month-end closing.
- Support finance manager to clean rebate data.
- Ad hoc projects or assignment matters.
You are a part of:
- Finance team in Singapore
- You will have the opportunity to learn about purchase-to-pay activity, financial month-end closing activity, and rebate processes.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Results and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Familiarity with SAP will be an advantage.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business-equivalent.
- Able to commit full-time for 6 months (Jan-Jun 2024).
