Venturecraft Holdings, trading as Venturecraft Group, is a private investment group and venture capital platform that provides working capital, market access assistance and other essential resources to growth-stage and late-stage enterprises in the MedTech, BioTech and Digital Health sectors to accelerate commercialisation into global markets. Venturecraft Group is also an appointed accelerator under SPRING Singapore’s Sector Specific Accelerator Programme. It has a regional presence in Asia across Singapore, China and Taiwan, and operates two incubators located in Singapore.
An internship with us is an exciting and unique opportunity for candidates who have a significant interest in working in startups and venture capital. You’ll gain exposure to key areas of venture capital including financial analysis, sector due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio support.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Researching and analysing various sectors and investment opportunities
- Conducting market research, opportunity and competitive landscape for potential investments
- Performing financial analysis and modelling, and interpret company and financial data to help the investment team make investment decisions
- Participating and contributing in weekly meetings
- Screening pitch decks, meeting startups and assisting with due diligence and writing investment memos
- Participating in events that help build the ecosystem for diverse entrepreneurs in technology and innovation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in financial and investment concepts
- Venture capitalist or investment fund internship experience is a plus
- Expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Results oriented amidst challenging deadlines; fast worker but organised and meticulous
- A creative problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Able to work well within a team and be self-guided on a day-to-day basis
- Interested in technology, startups and entrepreneurship
- Able to commit to the internship for at least 3 months
