Ventra Pte Ltd – Project Assistant

We are an interior design company specializing in commercial and residential projects. From development of design concept to project management of fitting out work, we work as a team to to bring projects to life. 

• Attend meetings with CD and site visits
• To brief designers after meetings and requests to start on design requirements
• Servicing of clients' requirements
• Build good rapport with suppliers and get cost estimates
• Prepare cost estimates for interior fitout
• Project manage on job sites during fitting out period to ensure all works are carried out in compliance to work schedule and job scopes
• Submit weekly reports
• Bilingual and has a good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Eloquent and outgoing
• Able to work late nights during project fitout (if needed)
• Able to communicate with clients and suppliers effectively
• Sharp Eye for details
• Other ad-hoc duties when required
• Efficient, highly self-motivated and possess good initiative.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Diploma or Degree qualifications.
• Has experience in interior design project management
