Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and drive sales through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in outdoor locations.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.

  • Ensure that the assigned daily and monthly targets are achieved.

  • Ensure that all sales procedures are accurately documented and resolve any discrepancies in the client acquisition cycle, starting from the onboarding of new SME borrowers up to the initial loan disbursement.

  • Comply with all relevant AML/KYC requirements.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with out-bound sales environments, field sales and/or face-to-face selling is preferred.

  • Outgoing and positive personality, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds and personalities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales activities and tasks simultaneously.
