Part-time Web Manager needed (remote-based role)
Role Description:
Maintain the content on websites:
Changing of content on the website: uploading images/banners and files, adding/updating members profiles,
Adding/updating member logins,
Updating internal and external events banners and links - Homepage, Events, Past events,
Updating brochure PDF every month and so often when there are new events and members - Member application page,
Adding/updating additional functions, features or pages for the websites,
Updating copy of daily and weekly newsletters list on the website,
Adding/updating/deleting job posts for Job Portal,
Uploading articles to Newsroom and Articles pages,
Monitoring online PayPal payments via the website (for the physical event),
Creating an event schedule to be available on the website for viewing (for the physical event)
Moderate Zoom webinars, sending registrations, adding the pages for recording and presentation PDF once webinar is done, also sending zoom reports.
Manage technical issues with emails, CPANEL and Hosting, database, mailchimp, and domain issues.
Requirements:
Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify - Front-end and backend
Proficiency in Javascript/jQuery, PHP
Ability to run Mailchimp EDM HTML/CSS
Able to work in a team of international stakeholders.
Able to work as per different time zones.
Remuneration – SGD 10/hour.
Average work hours per week – 20-30 hours.
