Looking for someone to join Urban Company's Beauty team to help scale our growing categories!
Key Responsibilities
• Supply Building: Attracting, onboarding and retaining service professionals to achieve growth targets. This is an ongoing dimension of the business and requires you to have strong communication, project and account management capabilities.
• Hustle: The role requires you to be willing to deep dive into problems and adopt a hands-on approach in improving the key drivers of the business. You will need to get your hands dirty!
• Ownership: We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a high level of initiative. This role requires you to be hands-on and take up responsibilities to drive assigned objectives. In return, you will gain unparalleled exposure and learning in a fast-paced start-up environment! Ample guidance and learning opportunities will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications
• Able to commit for at least 3 months from June 2022 (longer term can be arranged if deemed suitable)
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on mentality with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in / willingness to learn about the beauty & home services industry
• Currently pursuing a diploma or an undergraduate degree is a plus
