Upsight is looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive Events & Special Projects Intern to support the planning and execution of high-level events, partner engagements, strategic programmes, and cross-functional projects across Upsight and ChargedUp. This role blends event operations, stakeholder coordination, and project support — ideal for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, and working directly with senior stakeholders.
You will gain valuable exposure to organising executive-level events, coordinating with leading corporates, supporting special projects such as charging initiatives and digital platform updates, and contributing to initiatives that accelerate innovation and electrification across the region.
Main Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Operations
- Support the planning, setup, and execution of high-level events, workshops, and ecosystem engagements
- Coordinate venues, vendors, equipment, logistics, catering, and run-of-show
- Manage guest registration, speaker support, and event-day coordination
- Assist with event materials, documentation, and on-site operations
- Work closely with senior executives, partners, and industry leaders
- Support partnership deliverables, operational tasks, and stakeholder communications
Special Projects Support
- Support execution of cross-functional special projects, including mobility and charging-related initiatives
- Consolidate information, partner inputs, and project updates across multiple stakeholders
- Track timelines, deliverables, schedules, and follow-ups to keep projects on track
- Assist in preparing briefs, reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Assist with simple website/platform updates, content publishing, and programme pages
- Support basic filming of interview videos, partner spotlights, and the organisation of sessions
Administrative & Internal Operations
- Maintain internal trackers, SOPs, project documents, and partner lists
- Support scheduling, logistics, email follow-ups, and operational workflows
- Assist founder and project leads with day-to-day operational needs
Who Should Apply?
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Events, Marketing, Media, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, partners, and vendors
- Enjoys hands-on, on-the-ground execution and problem-solving
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts independently
- Based in Singapore and available for on-site work
- Bonus: experience with events, operations, or project coordination
- Bonus: tech-savvy with strong research skills
Structure & Commitment
- Full-time (ideally) or part-time (minimum 24 hours/week)
- Internship period: Immediate start to August 2026
