Duties
• Daily delivery and collection of inbound/outbound shipments
• Perform on-road audit & submission of shipping documents
• Ensure cash/cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments are turned in daily
• Identify any service related concerns and recommend solutions to immediate supervisor.
• And any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Possess Class 3 driving license is a must (i.e. must be able to drive manual vehicle). Class 4 is added advantage.
• Prior experience as a courier delivery driver is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore roads to daily delivery and collection of packages island-wide
• Able to carry and lower packages up to 30kg from roller/conveyors and pallets to his/her vehicle
• Willing to climb up and down flights of stairs to enter/exit customer premises (dependent on delivery location)
• Secondary education or equivalent preferred
• Able to speak and write Basic English to liaise with English speaking customers
• Pleasant disposition and courteous, enjoy meeting with customers
• Unable to drive home company van
• Willing to work extra hours when needed
• 5.5 working days; working location at Changi South, Singapore
