This position will join the E-Business Department and be involved in the company’s digital channel and transformation.
In this 9-month traineeship, the trainee will be involved in:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- To identify and prioritise technical and functional requirements and streamline to improve on key business processes
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Suggest changes to business unit using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Finance, Business Management, or relevant business discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Eligibility Criteria For SGUnitedTraineeships:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
- Graduated or graduating from University in calendar year 2019 or 2020; or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
