Job Description
Custody Temp (3-month)
This 3-month temporary role in our Custody & Nominees Department will require you to:
- Process share transfer request for inward/outward for all markets
- Verify and affirm instruction for Singapore trades done for clients with shares under sub- account
- Process registration and deposition of physical certificates
- Check share prices uploaded for month end statement generation
- Proxy services
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of proxy votes
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Able to work independently
- No experience required
