- Job Description
- Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls, email
- Assist clients with their log in and on line portal navigation issues
- Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
- Perform outreach to client for clarification or assist them with their requests
- Any adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Able to commit till Dec 2024.
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Call centre environment
