We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern who can support our marketing and product growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of content creation, website design, social media management, and user research.
You will leverage AI tools to create marketing materials, manage online content, assist with website updates, and collect insights from users during evenings or weekends to improve our products and services.
This position requires someone who is resourceful, independent, and comfortable executing tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Content
- Design and update website pages using Framer with minimal guidance
- Ensure website content is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand messaging
- Create landing pages for campaigns or product features
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and publish content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) using AI tools
- Design simple marketing visuals using Canva
- Assist in developing content such as product updates, feature highlights, educational posts, and event promotions
- Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve content performance
Marketing Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Prepare simple marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, or digital assets
- Support email marketing and newsletters if required
- Maintain marketing content libraries and assets
User Research & Data Collection
- Assist with user research and feedback collection
- Help conduct surveys, interviews, or user testing
Market & Competitor Research
- Monitor competitor products, campaigns, and messaging
- Research trends in digital marketing and product positioning
- Provide insights that can support product and marketing strategies
General Marketing Operations
- Assist with campaign tracking and reporting
- Coordinate simple marketing tasks across teams when required
Support ad-hoc marketing or growth experiments
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Familiar with Canva for creating simple visuals
- Experience with Squarespace, Framer, or similar website builders
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Organised and detail-oriented
Good to Have
- Interest in product marketing, startups, or mental wellbeing
- Basic understanding of UX or user research
