Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation, troubleshooting, repair service and maintenance for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing equipment.
Provide Technical Support in the field.
Prepare onsite for service schedules within budgets.
Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the after sales service.
Prepare progress reports, risk assessments and client updates.
Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.
Carry out assembly, integration, and basic testing of in-house equipment in accordance with engineering drawings and SOPs.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Job Requirements:
ITE/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic with relevant experience.
Prior experience with electrical and electronics work will be an additional advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills.
