Role: Product Operations Intern — SCADA/EMS (Energy Software)
Mission
To operations support and drive continuous product improvement. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and O&M teams to safeguard system stability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support requirement & issue tracking, drive prioritization and cross-team alignment
- Prepare release artifacts: change notes, upgrade guides, announcements, FAQs
- Maintain knowledge base & standard assets (troubleshooting trees, checklists, casebook)
- Assist operations for overseas projects
Requirements
- Undergraduate or above; major open (EE/CS/IE/Energy preferred)
- Clear, structured writing; can turn messy info into clean flow/swimlane diagrams
- Comfortable with English reading/writing and async work across time zones
- Solid with Excel/PPT/Visio
- Self-driven, detail-minded, outcome-focused
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SCADA/EMS/BESS (SOC boundaries, P/Q, grid codes)
- Basic data skills (basic SQL)
- Internship/project experience in Product/Operations/Implementation/QA/Suppor
