Finance Administration – Checking on invoices and scope by agencies; managing internal finance and procurement process; supporting marketing forecasts and tracking spend.
Leads Tracking – Daily tracking of leads, clearing of spam and data, managing the Salesforce leads process.
Vendor Management - Support the Head of Marketing Operations in reviewing work scopes and tracking of work for our vendors.
Marketing Automation - Assist in the optimization of marketing automation workflows and systems.
Content Library – Maintain and manage content library, ensure adherence of corporate decks, updates, brand visuals, font style and guide.
