- Support Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment initiatives to drive campus hiring

- Be the main point of contact for activities pertaining to HR activities/wellness programmes This will also include brainstorming, sourcing of vendors to drive the events 

- Support on data maintenance – Monthly updates on ‘Spotlight’ programme with data cleansing and backend maintenance 

- Support on internal ESG Data preparation if needed

- Work with HR team and internal stakeholders to build a strong talent pool of high-performing interns 

- Preparation of events collateral (EDM, posters, presentation deck, etc) 

- Update and maintain student database, ensure all roles are posted across university job portals
