Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Demand Generation and Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of technology, sustainability, and marketing. As an integral member of our marketing department, you will support the development and execution of demand generation initiatives and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation:

Assist in developing and implementing demand generation strategies to increase inbound leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including email campaigns, landing pages, webinars, and social media content.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Support the optimization of lead nurturing processes through marketing automation platforms.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Digital Marketing:

Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, content syndication and display advertising.

Create engaging social media posts and monitor community engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media metrics, to assess performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

  • Competencies:

Strong passion for sustainability, ESG principles, and technology innovation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software (e.g., Marketo), and social media management tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Proactive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
