We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in various HR projects and other HR related tasks. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the areas of creating a positive employee experience for new hires, talent acquisition, training & development, and people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment initiatives to drive campus hiring Be the main point of contact for activities pertaining to HR activities/wellness programmes. This will also include brainstorming, sourcing of vendors to drive the events
- Support on data maintenance – Monthly updates on ‘Spotlight’ programme with data cleansing and backend maintenance
- Support on internal ESG Data preparation if needed
- Work with HR team and internal stakeholders to build a strong talent pool of high-performing interns
- Preparation of events collateral (EDM, posters, presentation deck, etc)
- Update and maintain student database, ensure all roles are posted across university job portals
