Handle all procurement matters such as operations and office items
Sourcing for vendors and provide price comparison
Invite quotations, negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for best possible price purchases
Coordinate and ensure on-time delivery, stock availability
Attend to all issues and problems, including complaints about vendor’s products quality or specifications
Update inventory system and accuracy check
Handling incoming and outgoing documents.
Preparation of purchase order and other related documentation
Perform tasks as and when required.
Requirement:
- ITE / Diploma with minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar role
- Experience in construction (road work) industry will be advantageous
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), willing to learn new software
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
