We are currently seeking an intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the field of operations and administration. Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing orders for both local and export customers, which includes working directly with imports and purchases.
- Learn and contribute to the invoicing process and cash collections.
- Update our system and generate supporting invoicing reports.
- Gain experience in handling petty cash.
- Assist in updating the system and generating various reports.
- Contribute to the generation of sales and marketing reports.
- Assist in maintaining and updating project reports.
- Take on ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
