Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for aspiring individual who aims to provide exceptional and memorable guest service to our guests. The individual should have positive attitude, great initiative and sense of responsibility. Exceptionally well organized with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.



Front Office Duties

  • To attend to Check-in/out guests and ensure guests accounts are settled upon check-out
  • Custodian of reservation platform – Assist to create reservations, update guests details, room assignment to guests etc
  • Escort guests to apartments and provide basic introduction of apartments’ amenities
  • Perform cashiering duties and maintain record of guests’ account. To update Sales & Finance department for any cash shortage/excess.
  • Handle complaints and follow up with the service recovery procedures

Concierge service

  • Assist guest with transportation requirements such as airport transfer, private car hires etc
  • Respond to guests’ feedback, enquiries, and requests efficiently in a courteous and tactful manner.
  • Maintain good guests relations with in-house guests at all times

Property up-keeping and maintenance

  • Ensure day to day up-keeping and maintenance of apartments by conducting housekeeping & cleanliness inspection checks
  • Attend to property’s maintenance task (e.g. air-con servicing)
  • Liaise and coordinate with housekeepers to ensure housekeeping services are met according to customers’ and company’s requirement.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales and handle special requests arrangements (e.g. Baby cot etc)

Administrative

  • Co-ordinate with Sales Team to ensure that guests’ accounts are updated and payments are made
  • Assist with property viewing for walk-in guests or on behalf of Sales Department; introduce apartments’ amenities and handle enquiries regarding property’s information
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, documentation and maintaining of all records, files and transactions as company’s requirement
