UHY is the top 20 largest international audit and advisory firm worldwide. UHY LSC employs approximately 100 professionals and is a growing auditing & advisory company looking to further strengthen its position in Transaction Services/Corporate Finance.
Your main responsibilities
Daily assistance to head of department or project leaders in charge of buy- and sell-side mandates with tasks such as project management, analysis & evaluation of strategic options, analysis of transaction feasibility, preparation of a Information Memos, VDD-Reports, fact books and/or data rooms, performance Q&A sessions, execution of due diligence, etc. The aim is to develop and become an experienced and trusted project leader.
Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in merger & acquisitions / corporate finance / transaction services, coming from an M&A boutique, a large international audit & advisory firm or a Corporate Finance division of a bank or a large corporate is required. Possess a diploma / degree in finance & accounting or a related degree. You have or you are envisaging to get a CFA certification or similar qualification (this is considered a plus). Strong written & verbal English language skills is mandatory. Reading proficiency in business Chinese is preferred.
