UD Trucks Singapore Pte Ltd – Intern (Marketing)

UD Trucks is a leading Japanese commercial vehicle solutions provider, active in more than 60 countries on all continents. 

We are looking for a full time intern with below job descriptions:

• Support and manage digital marketing activities such as social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, website management, search engine marketing
• Support and execute product introduction and launch projects with sales team or General Managers/Directors
• Support on various scales and types of events and product launches encompassing logistics, invitations, communication materials, presentations, video content, external vendor management and measurement of success
• Support and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and work with sales team in identifying and analysing business opportunities to develop campaigns to increase retention and customer acquisition practices.
• Support and manage the implementation of dealership satisfaction surveys, namely CSI to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and consolidate competitor activities to provide intelligence and basis for sales and marketing strategies
• Support HR to implement core value promotion and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs for both Singapore and Malaysia Hub to generate positive brand image for both brands.
• Research and evaluate vendors.
• Support and manage the merchandise and marketing assets.

• Support in daily marketing and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Good understanding of marketing and communications principles
• Good level of experience in marketing and communications
• Fluent in English (spoken/written)
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic Photoshop knowledge and hands-on experience
• Digital mindset
• Proactive
• Adaptable, autonomous and organized
• Ability to work with several functions, across multiple levels in the organization
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Location : 12 Tuas Avenue 10, Singapore 639136 / Company transport provided at designated pick-up points

Working Hours : 8.30 am – 5.30 pm / Mon – Fri
