Overall Job Objectives

As our Business Operations Intern, you will be part of a growing e-commerce business in the regional automotive industry.

Core Responsibilities 

• Marketplace Administrative Work
• Maintain contact lists
• Maintain Day-to-Day Sales Support activities
• Conduct Data Entry
• Reports Generation
• Any other Ad-hoc task required by Marketplace Ops Manager

Requirements 

• Poly / University students in Business or Marketing-related may apply
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Meticulous, with a keen eye for details
• Organised, Independent and pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, willing to learn and able to multi-task
• Fluent in conversational English
• Must be able to work independently (with minimal supervision) and remotely
• Able to commit minimum 3 months
• Interns with good performance may be considered for full-time positions.
