Our team supports clients through the full business lifecycle — from incorporation and ongoing statutory compliance to management reporting, tax filing and advisory. Working alongside our associated entities in Singapore and Malaysia, we handle engagements spanning multiple industries and jurisdictions.
We are a lean, hands-on team. Interns work directly with our Directors and senior staff on live client files, gaining practical exposure that goes well beyond textbook accounting.
Position: Accounts & Corporate Tax Intern
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping in Xero for a portfolio of client entities
- Prepare bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable schedules
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and supporting schedules (prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation)
- Assist with GST computations and quarterly GST return preparation
- Assist with corporate tax computations, ECI and Form C-S/Form C preparation for filing with IRAS
- Prepare and organise working paper files and supporting documentation
- Liaise with clients to obtain source documents and follow up on outstanding items
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and tax team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is an advantage
- Meticulous, organised and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Able to commit to a minimum of 2 months
