Job Description

As a Campaign Manager, you are responsible for planning and conceptualising Twoset Apparel’s product launches in line with our brand direction. Working together with our Marketing team, you will be required to plan advertising campaigns and oversee the end-to-end process of each campaign up to fulfillment.

You will be involved in: 

  • Articulating clear campaign briefs that are in line with the brand direction, taking into consideration fashion aesthetics and trends
  • Developing metrics and tracking campaign effectiveness and implementing improvements where necessary. 
  • Tracking and overseeing campaign timelines, ensuring deadlines are closely adhered to
  • Managing logistics required for each campaign, including venues, transportation, props, equipment and wardrobe needed
  • Recruiting, briefing and collaborating with stakeholders (eg: contract or freelance photographers, models or assistants) to work on campaigns
  • Managing financial budgets of each campaign including all logistics and manpower 

The ideal candidate should have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication 
  • A basic understanding of music theory in order to incorporate it into each campaign concept
  • 1-2 years of related job experience may be strongly preferred.
  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
  • Understanding current marketing trends in the fashion industry 
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
