Our Designers are paramount in bringing our brand’s style to life—You will be part of the process from conceptualising, prototyping, developing and executing design styles and ideas. It’s important that you have a keen eye for the current creative scene, coupled with a pulse on our brand values, style and preference of our consumers.
You will be involved in:
- Delivering designs and prototypes in line with upcoming collections
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
- Collaborating with team members to brainstorm seasonal themes, make edits and create new concepts
- Reviewing product for practicality and fit during production process
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong awareness of current and emerging streetwear fashion and trends
- Experience in designing fashion wear is advantageous
- Proficient skills in hand sketching and Adobe suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of screen printing process, appliqué techniques, trim techniques and any technique pertaining to art-related materials
- Knowledge of color palettes, textiles, garment construction, patterns, fit and grading
- A strong sense of aesthetic and design skills
