Two Men Social – Junior Account Manager (Trainee)

Job Description

Social Media - Content Planning & Execution:

• Create and manage relevant, original, and high-quality content daily across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business) and for respective campaigns to drive incremental sales and achieve business goals for us and our clients
• Develop a weekly and monthly social media calendar and ensure that the content is on schedule
• Increase brand awareness through content marketing, such as writing copy for diverse marketing distributions on website and social media
• Track and identify optimisation spend and performance based on insights

Designing (AI / PSD):

• Conceptualise and execute creative designs for web, including the design, layout and production of graphic collaterals (e.g website banners on Shopify, social media posts, Facebook ads)

Requirements

Education:

• A local polytechnic graduate who graduated within 5 years (2014 - 2020) or has ORD-ed within 5 years (2014 - 2020), preferably from Mass Communications, Design or similar field
• Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Skills required:

• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to write persuasive copy
• Experience with Facebook and Google ads (Good to have)
• Experience with Shopify (Good to have)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Portfolio required)
• An eye for design for the overall look of the feed on social media platforms, ensuring that it is in line with the brand’s guidelines
