You will adopt analytical tools to derive insights on manpower needs & organizational capabilities and to recommend action plans to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation, collection, compilation, and wrangling of data, for data analytics and ensuring quality and accuracy of the data received
• Perform data analytics for assigned topics in areas of strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development as well as talent attrition to support the capacity & capability development for Singapore and ASEAN region.
• Engage HR stakeholders in data storytelling to craft a compelling narrative creating mediums such as dashboards, infographics, and data visualisations, etc.
• Identify patterns and trends in data sets through data visualization.
• Create and design dashboards to generate meaningful results for data analysis.
• Communicate analysis insights to HR Management team and recommend actions for resource planning and talent strategies • Review and define data management processes to ensure high integrity of data used for analytics.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as assigned.
Key Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or any other relevant fields.
• Advanced knowledge and prior experience working with Excel & PowerPoint (VBA experience is a plus).
• Ability to build user-friendly and intrinsic dashboards, present data and deliver insights and comfortable working with raw data.
• Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication and writing skills.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
• Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude.
