Sales & Marketing Traineeship (Remote - SG Traineeship)

Traineeship length: 6 months but may be offered full-time employment thereafter.

SGD 1,800 - 2,250 monthly

Tutopiya is offering a traineeship for recent graduates to develop their skills professionally for a duration of 6 months with the potential to secure full time employment thereafter. These traineeships will equip graduates with valuable industry experience.

This traineeship is a sales & marketing position for recent graduates who want to specialise in sales & marketing. Trainee will report to the General Manager and work closely alongside the team to execute our plans. We are looking for passionate, purpose-driven individuals who clearly identify with the company’s mission and want to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Executive:

• Assist with sales and marketing related operational and administrative functions.
• Execute Sales and marketing strategy for the Tutopiya’s Online Tutoring programmes with a focus on building Tutopiya brand, raising awareness and lead generation.
• Assist to identify sales strategies for programmes, strategic partnerships, strategic marketing, joint events and social channels.
• Work closely with the CEO, the General Manager and the Digital Marketing Manager to explore different platforms and avenues to increase revenue and market our programmes as well as to reach out to a wider network of targeted audience.
• Work actively on building a network of institutes and other stakeholders with a view to increase new business opportunities
• Research and work with appropriate business units (internal and external) to craft new strategies to value add the marketing of our Online Tutoring programmes.
• Assist in marketing activities such as updating of websites and portals and information sessions.
• Support preparation and coordination for marketing events.
• Assist with Social Media sales enquiries and maintain or improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Holds a University Degree, ITEs or polytechnics
• Previous experiences in sales and marketing in the education sector will be a definite plus.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work on deadlines.
• Solid understanding of marketing via various digital platforms.
• Able to provide good analytics post marketing campaigns.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision towards achieving a set of goals.
• Knowledge of Google analytics and Corporate Branding will be advantageous.

Requirements:

All trainees MUST fulfil the following criteria:

a. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and

b. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 to 2021 (both years inclusive) from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions);

or

c. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service between 2019 to 2021 (both years inclusive).
