Telemarketer Intern (Work From Home)

Responsibilities

• Perform Cold-Calling activity to potential customers to achieve sales target.
• To promote products through phone calls.
• Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable products to them.
• To handle pre-sales and post sales queries.
• To prepare weekly called out & sales activity report.

Requirements

• Studying in Poly Diploma.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
• Fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and associates)
• Independent and responsible with positive attitude
• Enthusiastic, passionate about sales and customer services.
• Able to commit to the position for 3-6 months.
