Tuber Productions Pte. Ltd. – UI / UX Intern

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and enhance the UI/UX of Tuber and Offshoots Academy’s webpages, app-sites and e-commerce platforms, ensuring that UI/UX designs adhere to accessibility standards
• Manage and maintain e-commerce/payment gateways of app-sites
• Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our workshop participants, both students and professionals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualise and communicate design ideas and improvements.
• Organise and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Work closely with the Project Director, Senior Designer and other team members to align UI/UX improvements with educational and brand goals
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design decisions and design guidelines for future reference.

Requirement

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree programme (UI/UX design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field).
• Knowledge and experience in managing the back-end functions of e-commerce platforms and payment gateways
• Passion for user-centered design and a strong interest in the education sector.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or personal) is a plus.
