Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly progress claims
• Prepare and execute Method of Statements
• Schedule equipment and material delivery to ensure site progress are within stipulated timelines
• Attend meetings, coordinate and liaise with contractors, clients and consultants as necessary
• Monitor and ensure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met within the expected level of quality
• Prepare site weekly report
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Recognized Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years related work experience in similar capacity under building/construction industry
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
• Relevant working experience in construction project coordination in civil and architectural areas is required
• Able to work under stress in fast pace environment
• Good communication skills
