At TSquared Group, our mission is to transform lives through an integrated ecosystem of personalised fitness, nutrition, physiotherapy, and preventive health. We believe that true transformation goes beyond short-term fitness goals—it is a lifelong journey combining science, technology, and human connection. Our goal is to empower individuals to achieve sustainable health outcomes by bridging the gap between fitness, medical science, and data-driven nutrition.
Vision Statement Our vision is to become Asia’s most trusted and comprehensive human performance and longevity platform, where every individual—regardless of age, fitness level, or background—has access to evidence-based, holistic solutions that optimise physical, metabolic, and mental well-being. We aspire to redefine how people engage with their health by leveraging AI, analytics, and precision health technologies to deliver measurable outcomes and personalised interventions.
Company Overview
Founded in 2020 in Singapore, TSquared Group comprises three synergistic verticals:
TSquared Lab (Total Transformation Lab Pte Ltd) – a data-driven personal training and transformation studio offering bespoke 1-on-1 training, nutrition, and health programs.
TSquared Eats (Eat.Transform Pte Ltd) – a high-protein, macro-balanced meal preparation and delivery service designed to complement clients’ fitness and health goals.
TSquared Physio – a rehabilitation and performance clinic providing physiotherapy, osteopathy, and sports recovery services, fully integrated with the fitness and nutrition framework.
Together, these verticals form a 360° ecosystem—a closed feedback loop between movement, recovery, and nutrition—anchored in scientific methodology and continuous data tracking. This approach ensures that clients experience measurable and sustainable transformations.
Unique Value Proposition
TSquared’s differentiator lies in the integration of human expertise with data intelligence. Unlike traditional fitness centres or meal-prep companies, our model unifies multiple disciplines into one measurable ecosystem.
Integrated Data Platform: We are building a proprietary AskAI platform that integrates data from Mindbody Online, Trainerize, Supabase, and wearable devices to create a single, unified client journey dashboard. This provides actionable insights on retention, outcomes, and performance at both individual and organisational levels.
Science-Based Transformation: Every program is anchored in evidence-based protocols covering strength training, metabolic conditioning, nutritional periodisation, and recovery optimisation.
Outcome-Driven Incentives: Trainers, nutritionists, and physiotherapists are rewarded based on client outcomes and retention metrics, rather than sessions sold—aligning incentives with long-term results.
High-Touch Client Experience: From onboarding to post-program care, our ecosystem ensures a “concierge-level” experience—supported by predictive analytics that anticipate client drop-offs, recovery plateaus, or nutritional deficiencies.
This model positions TSquared uniquely between luxury wellness, clinical precision health, and tech-enabled performance optimisation.
Business Growth Plans
Our growth strategy is underpinned by four pillars—Expansion, Technology, Strategic Partnerships, and Talent Development.
Expansion
Domestic Growth (Singapore): TSquared Lab operates at HarbourFront Centre and is now expanding to Dunearn Village (Bukit Timah), with a 5,000+ sq ft facility integrating gym, physiotherapy, and diagnostics.
Regional Presence: In 2026–27, TSquared plans to expand to Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta, targeting affluent urban professionals and corporate wellness segments.
Long-Term Global Vision: We aim to establish flagship longevity and transformation centres across key global hubs—Dubai, London, and Sydney—by 2030.
Technology and Data Infrastructure
AI-Driven Personalisation: Our “AskAI” layer enables coaches and clients to query their health and performance data interactively, fostering data literacy and self-awareness.
Predictive Analytics: Through machine learning models, we track “retention risk” and “performance adaptation” to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
Governed Metrics Layer: A dbt-based data warehouse architecture (Bronze–Silver–Gold model) ensures reliability, traceability, and data governance for all analytics.
Strategic Partnerships
Clinical Collaborations: We are working with leading healthcare providers such as Osler Health and the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) to explore high-protein, high-fibre nutrition interventions for liver health and metabolic improvement.
Corporate Wellness: Partnerships with organisations in financial services, tech, and healthcare sectors allow us to deliver structured employee transformation programs.
Educational & Research Alliances: Through internship tie-ups with tertiary institutions, we aim to create learning opportunities in sports science, nutrition, AI in health, and business operations.
Talent Development and Training TSquared invests heavily in continuous learning, with a dedicated Learning & Development framework encompassing:
Technical Mastery: Regular workshops on anatomy, biomechanics, sports nutrition, and client analytics.
Digital Proficiency: Training employees on data platforms such as Mindbody, Trainerize, HubSpot, and n8n, equipping them for the evolving digital health landscape.
Leadership & Service Excellence: Soft-skill programs focused on communication, empathy, and client engagement.
Internship Tracks: The Global Ready Talent interns will participate in real-world projects across fitness technology, marketing analytics, and client success management.
Overseas Activities and Market Outlook
TSquared’s international ambitions are guided by growing global demand for preventive health and longevity solutions. Key initiatives include:
Market Feasibility Studies for Malaysia, Indonesia, and the UAE, focusing on affluent populations seeking outcome-based transformation services.
Strategic Alliances with wellness property developers and insurers to embed TSquared’s ecosystem within residential, hospitality, and healthcare settings.
Nutrition Export: TSquared Eats aims to enter regional markets via licensing and franchise models, leveraging Singapore’s reputation for quality and regulatory compliance.
Our Singapore headquarters will continue to serve as the R&D and technology command centre, where program design, AI algorithm development, and staff training are centralised.
Training and Employee Development
We believe that talent is our strongest differentiator. TSquared’s training programs are designed to create multi-skilled, cross-functional professionals capable of operating across fitness, health, and technology verticals. Employees undergo structured training modules such as:
“Precision Coaching 360°” Certification – covering assessment, programming, and client psychology.
“Nutrition for Transformation” Series – practical applications of diet design, macronutrient analysis, and food-tech integration.
Data Analytics Bootcamps – enabling staff to interpret business and client data using SQL, dashboards, and predictive tools.
Management Rotations – interns and employees are rotated across departments (Ops, Marketing, Tech, and Customer Success) to encourage entrepreneurial thinking.
By cultivating a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and accountability, TSquared ensures that every team member contributes to measurable outcomes.
Commitment to Innovation and Sustainability
TSquared’s innovation roadmap aligns with Singapore’s Smart Nation and Healthier SG initiatives. We champion sustainability and health optimisation through:
Nutritionally Transparent Meals: All meals are portioned and labelled with macros, reducing food waste and improving consumer literacy.
AI-Led Precision Health: Predictive modelling of metabolism and recovery patterns helps minimise overtraining and injury risk.
Local Sourcing and Eco-Friendly Packaging: TSquared Eats utilises recyclable materials and local ingredients where possible.
Community Outreach: Educational seminars on posture, menopause, strength training, and men’s health to promote public wellness literacy.
