Job Description

The Team
Our startup team focuses on putting together a series of mandate such as software building (web-based), integrating payment methods, vendor acquisition, digital marketing and content building- into a coordinated go-to-market and one of its kind customer lifetime loyalty program. This role will require close collaboration with the Director and software engineer as well as research analyst to implement social marketing strategies, design tactical campaigns, review user experience, and build a 12-month marketing strategy through studying consumer behavior of our target market.

What we want to achieve:

1) Building content on social marketing channels- IG, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, Telegram

2) Going live- building waitlist, soft launch strategies

3) Obtain at least 200 potential users by the 3rd month through our social marketing efforts

4) Build a 12-month marketing strategy from launch day

The Day-to-Day:

  • Identify key marketing strategies for our target audience
  • Work closely with the team to create growth such as acquisition of new users, retention and engagement of users.
  • Design innovative promotional & marketing campaigns to drive awareness on Trylah’s new loyalty program and shape consumer behavior, from ideation, to experimentation, to execution
  • Content building on social media platforms
  • Review campaign effectiveness to improve our growth initiatives
  • Build presentations on marketing strategies potentially to stakeholders
