Founded by two consumers advocating for consumers, Maëlle Pochat and Alexia Sichère wanted to create an authentic, consumer-driven community that benefits both the people and brands. Since 2016, the company has grown and expanded into 13 markets to share honest reviews for over 1.2 million subscribers.**

We are looking for a highly creative, energetic and skilled Marketing Executive to lead and develop marketing content and campaigns of TryandReview.com and join our rapidly growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate thrives working in a fast-paced start-up environment and is able to hit the ground running.
As a Marketing executive, this candidate will be in charge to ensure the brand identity alignment, to create new content (website, blog, EDM,..) and develop the marketing campaigns. This person will have to be able to multi-task across many projects and must have experience in reaching a regional audience in ASEAN.
The focus of the role will be to take our Try and Review brand to the next level. You should be ready to roll up your sleeves, think out of the box and get the job done.
Description:
- Work closely with the management team to build Try and Review marketing strategy and build a strong brand identity to make TryandReview.com the place of reference for genuine and honest reviews in South East Asia
- Brand management and creation of all marketing material (i.e. advertising, promotional, and collateral materials internal and external) to align with corporate brand identity
- Be responsible for TryandReview.com SEO to boost organic ranking and traffic
- Develop innovative campaigns and content ideas for Try and Review and be responsible for the monthly content planning and scheduling (editorial content, email marketing, social media)
- Contribute to our blog, provide editorial support and manage the editorial team
- Define a consistent regional social media strategy for Try and Review and coordinate daily social media content across all social media channels
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns for all countries, measuring results
- Assist with proposal development and other new business development activities
- Implement an annual marketing plan within the marketing budget
- Development of training material with management to standardize company operations
- Interview, hire, and train marketing interns
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing and first experience in digital marketing
- Perfect writing and verbal communication in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office/ Google Suite
Skills:
- Highly creative and has experience in running digital and offline campaigns
- Demonstrated understanding in identifying target audiences
- Prior experience managing a blog, proofreading, and editing copy
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO
- Displays a relentless attitude when it comes to experimentation and A/B testing
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and tools
- Familiar with the latest digital platforms and technologies, and social media trends
- Ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Fluency in spoken and written Tagalog, Cantonese, Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese would be a plus
