TrustyTech is an independent B2B software-as-a-service start-up. We focus on one thing and one thing only, our own SaaS platform ‘EasyBus’. The platform is a subscription based cloud solution focusing on the retail service industry. We provide both online and in shop software solutions for retail service SMEs to run a successful business with or without a store. Our current customers ranged from one man show micro business to established corporations with hundreds of employees.

Responsibilities:
Design & develop a clean, modern, mobile friendly website as our platform portal site (Using site tools).
Build up knowledge-base site and contents, include guides, videos, illustration images.
Working with development team, helping improve our core product user friendliness, especially new customer experience by providing guides and tourists.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma holder in IT, Interactive Media, or Web Design.
1 year experience with WordPress and graphics designing.
Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite such as Photoshop, illustrator.
Have basic knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
Demonstrate proactivity and attention to detail.
Manage time and priorities with ease and able to work independently.
Have experience with Google analytics/SEO/Digital marketing is a plus.
Working Hours & Benefits:
Mondays to Fridays 9am - 5pm.
Yearly appraisal for increment & promotions.
Company performance bonus.
Annual leave, Birthday leave.
It is best if you can show us some of the site you built by yourself or at least as a main contributor.
